Mites | 8U
16 on-ice sessions focused on skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, and body contact.

Squirts | 10U
On-ice and off-ice training with daily skill circuits and scrimmages.
Cost: $500
PeeWee | 12U
On-ice training, dryland development, and daily skill stations.
Cost: $500
Advanced development including strength training, mobility work, and skill circuits.

High School STP
Elite development program including classroom sessions, weight training, and scrimmage festival.
